Nuria is developing a specific physical training for  dancers. Thanks to her knowledge from her Sports Science degree and her career as a professional dancer, she uses different training methods to avoid future injuries and increase the performance of each dancer.

HEALTH & BODY-MIND


You can take yoga, pilates and/or stretching practices in order to improve your physical conditions (flexibility, strength, balance...) and awareness between body-mind. 

  • Yoga practice include active movement sequences which involve specific poses, or body positions, that require balance, flexibility and strength. This practice focuses on the relationship between breath and movement.
  • Pilates practice improve flexibility and stability by strengthening the muscles and especially the torso-stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and lower back. You will use some material like elastic bands, light weights...
  • Stretching practice include any method (active and passive stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation,...) in order to improve your flexibility and range of motion. You will use some material like elastic bands, weights...)
